These Terms of Service (”Terms”) govern your use of YTDevNoll (”we,” ”us,” ”the Service”), including our website at devnoll.se and our TikTok integration, which lets us authenticate with TikTok and post video content to a connected TikTok account via TikTok’s Content Posting API.
## 1. About the Service
YTDevNoll is an independently produced content channel that publishes short-form video content (currently focused on historical mysteries) to platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Our TikTok integration is used solely to publish YTDevNoll’s own content to our own connected TikTok account(s) — it is not a public-facing app for third-party use.
## 2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this Service or authorizing our TikTok integration, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service or authorize the integration.
## 3. Use of TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API
Our integration uses TikTok’s Login Kit to authenticate a connected TikTok account and TikTok’s Content Posting API to publish video content on behalf of that account. This is used only for our own content publishing workflow. We do not use this integration to access, read, or act on any TikTok account other than the one explicitly connected and authorized by its owner.
All content published via this integration is reviewed by a human before publishing and is labeled as AI-generated in accordance with TikTok’s disclosure requirements.
## 4. No Warranty
The Service is provided ”as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
## 5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YTDevNoll and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or the TikTok integration.
## 6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
